Please double-check your delivery information if your order hasn't arrived yet:
Checking the expected delivery dates in your shipping confirmation email.
Checking the destination address provided in your shipping confirmation email to make sure it's correct.

If the projected dispatch date on your order confirmation email has past and your product has not yet delivered, please use our interactive Help Centre or login to your TechBoxs account to contact the store and inquire about the status of your shipment.
What if I submitted a delivery address that was wrong or incomplete during the checkout process?
For a successful delivery, you'll need a complete and accurate address. A missing or incorrect address will result in a considerable delay, the parcel being returned to the sender, or the parcel being declared lost. As soon as possible, send a message to us.
We are unable to accept responsibility for a lost parcel if you provide an erroneous or incomplete address, and you will not be refunded.
What if I submitted a delivery address that was wrong or incomplete during the checkout process?
