We, like all marketplaces, serve as the platform provider and commercial agent for our retailers, who have given us permission to enter into sales agreements on their behalf.

Please double-check your delivery information if your order hasn't arrived yet:
Checking the expected delivery dates in your shipping confirmation email.
Checking the destination address provided in your shipping confirmation email to make sure it's correct.
Check your shipment emails for a link to our tracking portal where you may check the progress of your order if it was sent using a tracked delivery service.
If your order's expected delivery date has passed and you have yet to get your item, please contact the shop to let them know.
Before contacting the retailer, we recommend confirming with a neighbour or your local delivery office. In some countries, you may be required to pick up your delivery from a local collection point once it has been handed over to the local postal agency.
Log in to your techBoxs account, see your orders, and then click 'Raise order enquiry' to send a message straight to the shop.
We anticipate a response from our retailers within 48 hours. Please notify the shop as soon as possible if any orders are delayed or missing.
What if I don't receive an email with a delivery confirmation?
If the projected dispatch date on your order confirmation email has past and your product has not yet delivered, please use our interactive Help Centre or login to your TechBoxs account to contact the store and inquire about the status of your shipment.
What if I submitted a delivery address that was wrong or incomplete during the checkout process?
For a successful delivery, you'll need a complete and accurate address. A missing or incorrect address will result in a considerable delay, the parcel being returned to the sender, or the parcel being declared lost. As soon as possible, send a message to us.
We are unable to accept responsibility for a lost parcel if you provide an erroneous or incomplete address, and you will not be refunded.
What if I submitted a delivery address that was wrong or incomplete during the checkout process?

If the address you provided is still legitimate but not yours, the shipment may be sent there, and it will be your obligation to retrieve the products.
It will be at your expense if a store is willing to reship your items to the right address in this case. If a shop refuses to reship the items, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items.
